'CQSD' - ClearQuest & HP Service Desk integration. The module is designed for synchronization of IBM Rational ClearQuest and Service call queries in HP Service desk. The decision help to combine processes for maintenance and development of software and automate the access for designers/analysts from 3-line of support to the process of request handling, that was performed manually.
Annotation The module is designed for synchronization of IBM Rational ClearQuest and Service call queries in HP Service desk. The decision help to combine processes for maintenance and development of software and automate the access for designers/analysts from 3-line of support to the process of request handling, that was performed manually. The module allows issuing the new IBM Rational ClearQuest queries that are based on registered Service call in HP Service desk. There is a two-way integration is used in the module. It is implemented by the method of information changing about state of query between two systems. There are no analogues for with module! Implementation The decision is based on exchanging of massages between two systems. The module is designed as a package for IBM Rational ClearQuest and for IBM Rational ClearQuest mail reading service. Requirements - Any version of IBM Rational ClearQuest

Typical script of query processing - Making of Service Call (request) in HP SD system with the choice of implement characters for queries that are realized in ClearQuest system (type of services).
- Making of mail massage with the data of “Request” for ClearQuest.
- Receiving the mail massage by ClearQuest mail reading module.
- Making the record Query in ClearQuest system on basis of mail massage with data of Requests.
- Issue of mail massage for HP SD system about creation of record and submission of identifier and state of Query.
- Changing the record Request in HP SD system in accordance with state of Query (according to the life-limit).
