ClearQuest TimeTracker will help you to increase accuracy of working hours tracking and automate collecting of information about task progress from your team members. It will make the work with the IBM Rational ClearQuest change management system more convenient, and will save ClearQuest licenses for employees.   

One of the main problems in project management is to get precise information about tasks actually fulfilled by employees. This module allows easily solve this problem, since it calculates actual time spent on a task by a specialist, and exports this information into ClearQuest.

The module is a standalone application that works in background mode and is easy to use. It increases the productivity of employees’ work in ClearQuest by providing quick access to their tasks and automatically updating task statuses when tasks are fulfilled. The built-in time management tool allows an employee to determine the time he/she can spend on particular tasks during the working day.

Since ClearQuest Time Tracker automatically gets the list of tasks and updates task statuses, the time an employee spends working with ClearQuest significantly reduces, that allows saving up to 40% of ClearQuest licenses. Such saving is achieved due to decrease of user session duration in ClearQuest.

Maximum effectiveness can be achieved by using this module together with planning systems CQ ProjectTracker and GanttChart for ClearQuest.
